Moodboards
Creating cohesive moodboards for design vision and direction. This includes concept theme, bridal stage + table, guest tables, foyer, lighting, flowers, and all the way down to the smallest details you could ever think of.
Layout Plan
Space planning is essential in a design process. Understanding the scale of the space, dimensions of the decor, and good flow of circulation are important factors that we take very seriously.
3D Visualizations
An ease of mind for the couples with little sense of 3D imaginations. We will create 3D visualizations of important design elements such as bridal stage and major design components, for you to better understand how it will look like on your wedding day.

Budget + Schedule Planning
The very first thing that we do after you sign with us is planning the overall budget and timeline. We will help you in estimating expenditures needed for all areas related to design and styling vendors. Don’t worry, we will give you the most beautiful wedding we can, within the boundary of your budget. On top of that, we will always keep you on track with the timeline.
Consultation + Selections of Vendors
After design concept and guideline have been made, we will assist you in the selection of all vendors related to design & styling that can best execute the concept. We will also take into consideration your personality, taste, and most importantly, budget when choosing suitable vendors.

Vendor Negotiation
In the process of selecting the right vendors, we will also help you to get the best deal possible. As designers, we understand the technicality of design component well enough to be able to negotiate and help you with your budget.
Liaising with All Related Vendors
Once all design related vendors have been selected, we will be in touch with them on a daily basis to make sure the wedding design concept and elements are communicated clearly through detail instructions, 3D visualizations, and mock up reviews.
Coordination with Wedding Organizer
Since what we focus on are the wedding concept and aesthetics part of your wedding, we work together with the appointed Wedding Organizer to handle the logistics of the wedding day. This includes detail job scopes and deliverables of the appointed design related vendors in order to make sure everything on the wedding day will run smoothly.
Styling On The Wedding Day
On your wedding day, we will supervise the work of all design related vendors, adding final touches to to flower arrangements, tabletop setting, down to every single details to make sure everything is according to the design concept. We will also be there to style beautiful flat lays, beauty and couple shoot on your wedding day.
